Developing New Features On Taqtak
- Scalability Improvements: Significant progress has been made in strengthening the scalability of the platform to support growing operational demands and an expanding customer base. The system architecture has been enhanced to efficiently handle increased data volumes, a higher number of connected devices, and more concurrent users without compromising performance or reliability. Improvements span cloud infrastructure, data processing pipelines, and system modularity, enabling seamless scaling as new use cases, integrations, and regions are onboarded. As a result, the platform is better positioned to deliver consistent, high-performance insights across diverse environments, from single sites to large, multi-location deployments.
- Billing & Tariff Management: A new tenant billing module has been introduced to simplify and automate billing across multi-tenant environments. The module enables flexible assignment of meters to tenants, supports customizable tariff structures including tiered and time-based pricing and automates the full billing cycle from data capture to invoice generation. Built with scalability in mind, it accommodates complex real-world scenarios such as tenant changes, shared resources, and portfolio-level management, providing operators with a reliable and efficient way to manage billing with accuracy and transparency.
- Theft Detection & Telecommunication Monitoring: Expansion into the telecom sector introduces a dedicated solution for telecom tower operations. The platform supports comprehensive AC and DC monitoring, providing real-time visibility into power performance and equipment status across distributed sites. Theft detection capabilities identify anomalies and unauthorized consumption, helping operators mitigate losses and respond proactively. The solution is open to integration with maintenance management systems, enabling automated alerts, streamlined.
- On-Premises Solutions: On-premises deployment is now available as part of the offering, providing customers with greater flexibility in how the platform is hosted and managed. This option is designed for organizations with strict data governance, security, or regulatory requirements, enabling full control over infrastructure and data residency. The solution is delivered in a deployment-ready architecture that ensures consistent performance, scalability, and seamless operation whether hosted on-premises or in the cloud, allowing clients to choose the model that best aligns with their IT and compliance strategies.
